You Pour Everything Into Your Tables. And They Still Quietly Fall Apart.

You prep incredible sessions. You craft compelling stories. But players disengage anyway. The problem isn't your creativity—it's that meaning needs more than good content. It needs design.

I help professional DMs build tables where players feel like they belong.

Predict your next campaign with the free Session Zero Astrology guide

Built by an aerospace engineer & forever DM.

Here's What Actually Keeps Tables Together:

Not better prep. Not more detailed worlds. Not even masterful storytelling.

Tables stick when:

  • Players know what game they're playing
  • Their choices genuinely matter
  • Everyone shares the same emotional stakes

This is agency and alignment. When these break, tables fall apart quietly. No arguments. Just... disengagement.

Sometimes we lose people as they drift away into space.
Sometimes we lose people as they drift away into space.

If This Is You, You're Not Alone:

  • Your players loved the campaign, but didn't sign up for the next one
  • You're stuck at $20/seat because you can't justify more when retention is unstable
  • Finding new players is exhausting—you need consistent players
  • People seem engaged during sessions, then ghost between campagins
  • You're carrying the entire emotional weight of the table on your shoulders
  • DMing feels like it'll always be "just a side thing"

The truth? Your tables aren't failing because you lack skill. They're failing because the system is brittle.

Here's the Business Model Nobody's Teaching:

Stop trying to appeal to everyone. Start building tables so hyper-specific that the right players will pay premium prices.

When you design for agency, alignment, and shared meaning, when your table becomes the place they belong, retention stops being a problem. Growth stops being a grind.

You're not selling "a D&D game." You're selling an experience they can't get anywhere else.

That's when you can finally charge what you're worth.

I'm Building the Playbook for Tables That Last

Every week, I share the philosophy, case studies, and systems behind designing tables where meaning actually survives. You'll get:

  • Essays on what makes tables stick (before they go public anywhere else)
  • Early access to new tools as I build them
  • Real examples of how fit, agency, and alignment work in practice
  • First notice of workshops, events, and anything else I create

This is where professional DMs who are serious about building sustainable businesses figure it out together.

Build Tables Players Never Want to Leave

The philosophy and systems behind tables that create belonging, retain players, and support sustainable businesses.

Most People Think Relationships Are a Black Box. I Don't.

I'm an aerospace engineer. My job was defining what customers wanted their missions to achieve, then designing the systems to get them there.

Systems engineering taught me that even the most complicated machinery can be broken down, as long as you know where the inputs and outputs go. That includes human systems.

Back in 2025, I wanted to build something to solve loneliness. I realized the answer was already here: D&D. Not the game mechanics, the belonging. The shared rituals. The place where your presence actually matters.

But belonging at scale requires more than good intentions. It requires design. I've helped design and sell space missions, built tools that save my teams countless hours, and learned what it takes to turn big ideas into sustainable business. Now I'm using that same approach to help professional DMs design tables that create the kind of meaning people will pay for, and never want to leave.
